• By using registremicro, on the web or in the mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
• These terms apply to everyone who browses the directory, with or without an account.

What registremicro provides

• registremicro is a directory of Quebec microbreweries: interactive map, detailed listings and permit holders, built from public data.
• We aim for accuracy and daily updates, but the data may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Always check with the establishment before traveling.
• We aim for good availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accounts

• An account is optional and is used to save favorites and post comments.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.

Acceptable use

• Use registremicro for legitimate purposes related to discovering microbreweries.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract the content without our written permission.
• Violations may result in suspension or loss of access to the service.

User-posted content

• You retain ownership of the comments you post, but you grant us the right to display them as part of the service.
• Your comments must remain respectful and relevant. No hate speech, harassment, spam or illegal content.
• We may remove any content that breaks these rules, or restrict access for the accounts involved.

Intellectual property

• Directory data comes from public sources. The registremicro name, brand, design and code are ours.
• registremicro is not affiliated with any of the listed microbreweries or with any government body.
• Trademarks and establishment names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

• registremicro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• The information shown may be inaccurate or incomplete; we are not responsible for decisions made based on this information.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• Responsible alcohol consumption is solely your responsibility, in compliance with applicable laws.

Termination & account deletion

You may stop using registremicro at any time. You can delete your comments from the app or website, and request deletion of your account from the contact page. We may also restrict or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
